Alpha terms

1. Provider and service

danzasphere GmbH provides a free early development version of Sphere Keeper on this website as a browser game and Windows download. Full provider details are available in the legal notice. Use requires neither an account nor payment details and does not create a subscription.

2. Permitted use

You may play the provided alpha free of charge in your browser or download and store it on your own devices for private use. You may share the link to the official game or download page. Rights relating to separately licensed open-source software remain unaffected; see Licenses.

3. Development status and updates

The alpha is still in development. Features, content, balance, and technical requirements may change. Bugs and save-format changes are possible. Export important saves through the in-game settings before updating. Automatic updates are not built into the Windows version; new versions are offered on this website. The browser version loads the currently published build.

The alpha is not a promise of a particular release date or scope for the eventual full version. Providing this alpha free of charge does not determine the price of a possible future full version.

4. Statutory rights

Applicable statutory provisions remain in force. Nothing in these development-status notices excludes or restricts statutory claims, particularly in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
